Black Bean Spaghetti with Lamb Curry Sauce

Ingredients: Explore Asian Black Bean Spaghetti

400g coconut cream
Vegetarian Lamb cutlets (You can also use real lambs or any other substitutes)
30g red curry paste (but i use more BECAUSE I CAN)
25g ginger grated (powdered are acceptable)
10g coriander chopped (powdered are acceptable)
salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Red&Yellow Capsicum

Parmesan Cheese and Cheddar (Shredded)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil around 2L of water with 2 tbsp of olive oil, add spaghetti and simmer gently for 7-8 minutes. Rinse under water.

2. For the sauce, pour the coconut cream, red curry paste, ginger grated, coriander and salt&pepper and bring to boil.

3. Add Lamb cutlets and vegetables, cook until tender.

4. Topped with grated Cheddar and Parmesan, serve hot.
